    In order to maintain a high level of professionalism, we have recruited highly qualified technical personnel who include Engineers, specialized Diploma level Technicians and top grade Artisans. We pay special attention to specialization and experience and can therefore guarantee on quality of workmanship and works standards. The management of our business is regulated by an active management advisory board, which also oversees formulation of strategic plans and management policies. These are then implemented, coordinated and controlled by the executive, thereby ensuring personalized touch with key contact persons with all our clients.     SEA-TECH Ltd focuses on managing projects on a professional project management methodology.

    All projects are coordinated and supervised by qualified engineers who are also the overall Engineering and Technical Services Coordinators. They are required to liaise with the clients’ projects’ offices from time to time to review progress and ensure compliance with time schedules.

    SEA-TECH LTD employs staff with combined professional skills covering administration management, construction management, Project management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical installations and supervision

    SEA-TECH Ltd is implemented in an effective quality management system controlling quality of construction and to ensure contractual compliance to quality standards set by clients. Process Quality Assurance Plans (PQAS) have been developed and implemented.

    Furthermore, work schedules are prepared by our technical teams in collaboration with our clients and are regularly reviewed to ensure strict adherence to the same.

    All contractual works undertaken is guaranteed for at least 6 months during which time regular monitoring on performance is done from our office. Any faults on workmanship detected within this duration are rectified at no extra cost so long as such are not deliberately or negligently caused. Feedback from our clients is always sought to ensure our customers are satisfied with the quality of services rendered. We provide our clients with feedback opportunities and feedback, once received, is then analysed and action taken appropriately.

     Our customer service policy is constantly under review to take care of the continuing changing needs of our customers.
